Once we receive your completed form, we will email you an invoice for $1300. 

This fee includes the state filing fee, the preparation and filing of the Certificate of Formation, the preparation of your Bylaws and the preparation of your Minutes of the Organizational Meeting.

We also include detailed written instructions regarding the operation of your new Texas Corporation.

After we receive your payment, we will prepare the Certificate of Formation and file it with the Texas Secretary of State. You do not need to file it.

The turnaround time for the Secretary State to approve the Certificate of Formation can be up to 5 to 10 days.

Once we receive approval from the Secretary of State for your new Corporation, we will email you the approval and the additional documents needed to start operating your new Corporation.

This includes your ByLaws, Organizational Minutes, and detailed instructions on how to operate your new Corporation, including how and where to obtain your new EIN [Employer Identification Number] from the Internal Revenue Service.
