After we receive your payment, we will prepare the Certificate of Formation and file it with the Texas Secretary of State. You do not need to file it.
The turnaround time for the Secretary State to approve the Certificate of Formation can be up to 5 to 10 days.
Once we receive approval from the Secretary of State for your new LLC, we will email you the approval and the additional documents needed to start operating your new LLC.
This includes your Company Agreement, Organization Minutes, and detailed instructions on how to operate your new LLC, including how and where to obtain your new EIN [Employer Identification Number] from the Internal Revenue Service.
